- 4 Portabella mushrooms
- 4 slices Fresh mozzarella
- 2 tbsp Parmesan (grated)
- 4 slices Tomato
- 1 tsp Dry oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 8 slices Salami
- 1.5 tbsp Olive oil
Preheat oven to 450.
Wash the mushrooms and remove the stem.
Place mushrooms cap side down on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt on each mushroom.
Place a tomato slice on each mushroom. Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil then sprinkle the dried oregano on the tomatoes.
Place the mozzarella slices on the tomatoes then distribute the parmesan evenly over the mozzarella.
Add 2 slices of salami to each mushroom. Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.
