Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Ground turkey
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 cup Dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 400

In a large bowl combine all ingredients (except olive oil) by hand until fully incorporated.

Rub a loaf pan with the olive oil.

Add meat mixture to the loaf pan and push it down so that it is spread evenly.

Pour tomato sauce over the meat then cover with tinfoil and cook for 40 minutes or until it is cooked through.

Cut, serve and enjoy!
