- 5 tbsp Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup Chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- To taste Salt and pepper
In a saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Continue to swirl the butter in the pan until it becomes light golden brown.
Pour the butter into a small pot and add the remaining ingredients. Stir and cook on low-medium heat.
Cook the sauce for 10 minutes or until it begins to thicken slightly.
Serve with chicken, pork, fish, or really anything (even veggies). Enjoy!
