- 8 large Boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 150 g Ham (chopped)
- 2 cups Swiss cheese (grated)
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Cream cheese
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
- To taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
Preheat oven to 350
Grease a casserole dish with the butter.
Place chicken thighs in a single layer in the casserole dish.
Place ham evenly over the chicken thighs then top with the grated swiss cheese.
Heat the cream cheese in the microwave until soft, around 30 seconds. Add the heavy cream to the cream cheese and mix until well blended. Stir in garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour cream mixture evenly over the chicken, ham and cheese.
Cook uncovered for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
