Ingredients

  • 3 large lumps Fresh mozzarella
  • 3 large Tomatoes
  • 8-10 large leafs Fresh basil (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Balsamic reduction
  • Pinch Salt

Cut the mozzarella into 1/4″ thick slices.

Cut the tomatoes into 1/4″ thick slices.

On a large platter, alternate mozzarella and tomatoes.

Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic reduction over the mozzarella and tomatoes then sprinkle on the basil and pinch of salt.
