- 3 large lumps Fresh mozzarella
- 3 large Tomatoes
- 8-10 large leafs Fresh basil (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp Balsamic reduction
- Pinch Salt
Cut the mozzarella into 1/4″ thick slices.
Cut the tomatoes into 1/4″ thick slices.
On a large platter, alternate mozzarella and tomatoes.
Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic reduction over the mozzarella and tomatoes then sprinkle on the basil and pinch of salt.
