  • 1-500g box Spaghetti
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 cup Parmesan (finely grated)
  • 1/2 cup Pecorino Romano (finely grated)

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package instructions (reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water).

In a medium skillet melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add pepper and swirl, cooking for 2-3 minutes.

Add reserved pasta water to the pan and bring to a simmer.

Add the pasta and remaining butter to the pan and toss until the pasta is coated.

Add cheeses to the pasta and toss so pasta is evenly coated.

Plate the pasta, top with additional freshly cracked pepper, serve and enjoy!
