- 8 Ripe roma tomatoes
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 4-5 leaves Fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp (or to taste) Salt
Wash and chop the tomatoes into 1/4 inch cubes and place in a bowl.
Finely chop the basil.
Add minced garlic, olive oil, chopped basil and salt to the tomatoes and stir.
Serve on or with crostini. Drizzle with balsamic reduction.
